We at PrepareToProtect.com strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. However, due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. ALL returns, refunds or exchanges MUST be pre-approved by PrepareToProtect.com. We have been forced to implement such a stringent policy because of the appeal our products have to unscrupulous individuals who return products after they have profited from their short-term use. We regret the necessity for such a policy.
It is for your protection from such individuals that we exist. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions regarding our products, please contact us at customerservice@PrepareToProtect.com before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY:
1) All returns MUST be authorized by PrepareToProtect.com BEFORE the product is returned. PrepareToProtect.com will replace or refund your credit account for the purchase amount only. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) All requests for return authorization must be received no later than five (5) days after customer's receipt of the product. Email your request to customerservice@preparetoprotect.com.
Upon authorization you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
3) All authorized returns MUST be accompanied by the Return Merchandise Authorization number provided by PrepareToProtect.com at the time of authorization and
4) such RMA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the package you are returning. NO returns wll be accepted without an RMA number.
5) All returns should include a note inside the package describing the product problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
6) All returns MUST be sent to:

Returns sent to any other address will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
Once a return is received we will determine whether or not the item is defective and then process your request. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for returned items that are not defective. Replacements will be shipped to you. PrepareToProtect.com does not pay for shipping and handling on returned items.
